    INCLEMENT WEATHER

    • Indoor inclement weather space is provided, you will not have to stress the day of your wedding what to do in case of rain.

    • Space is chosen the day of your wedding based on the BBB schedule and size of your wedding.

    • Free Parking on 59th Street (if full you and your guest may park in our back parking lot)

    • A FREE Back-up Parking lot to save your guest from the hassle of finding parking.

    • Handicap access to the beach, most dune entrances are very loose sand making it hard for older or handicapped guests to enter the beach. 59th Street is a handicap-accessible beach allowing much easier access for beach wheelchairs and walkers.

  • Guests can be added up to the week before your wedding date.

  • Venue rental includes day starting at 10 am, 4-hour reception. Light off by 10:00 pm

  • Cake Knife & Server: Provided (or feel free to bring your own).

  • Planning Portfolio: A personalized planning portfolio will be created to organize and manage your personal items for set-up.

 4-Hours DJ

  • Customized playlist with your choice of music. (you will complete the DJ questionnaire Form; Dj will review with you the week before your wedding)
